   Proposal Description:
   <textarea name="description" rows="12" cols="85" wrap="virtual" readonly>Our main goal is to describe clinical subtypes in dementia with Lewy bodies       (DLB) supported on neuropathological differences. This description is crucial     for further studies investigating the relationship between the clinical and       pathological heterogeneity in this group of patients and its possible             relationship with different molecular and pathogenic pathways with a role in      future treatment options.                                                         Our specific objectives are:                                                      - To describe DLB phenotypes based on core features in a clinical cohort using    a cluster analysis.                                                               - To replicate this analysis (based on core clinical features) in a independent   pathological cohort of patients with a previous clinical diagnosis of DLB.        - To analyse the neuropathological differences between these resultant            clusters. </textarea>
